Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We take great care in preparing and packaging each order and want you to be happy with your purchase. Please review our return and refund policy before placing your order.

All Sales Are Final

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, ordering the wrong item, or other personal preferences.

For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged once purchased, especially if they have been opened, tried on, or worn.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and, when relevant, the packaging so we can review the issue.

If we determine that your item arrived damaged or defective, or that we sent an incorrect item, you may choose between:

  • A replacement of the item, subject to availability

  • A refund for the affected item

In these situations, we will provide instructions regarding whether the item needs to be returned and who will be responsible for any applicable return shipping costs.

Shipping Damage

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If an item appears to have been damaged during shipping, contact us within the 14-day reporting period so we can assist you.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it.

Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the refund is due to an error on our part or an issue with the item upon arrival.
